Janet Gibbons

Janet Gibbons is partner strategy and programme director for Microsoft UK (MSFT). She has been at Microsoft for 17 years and was part of the team that set up the original Microsoft partner programme in the UK. Since then she has held a number of roles including ISV marketing manager, IT Pro marketing relationship manager and Windows Client product manager. Most recently Gibbons held the role of director for sales excellence within the small and medium sized partner and customer business unit (SMSP). During this time, she was responsible driving strategic breakthrough on traditional and emerging business models for SMSP, plus leading and managing the business unit’s operational activities. Prior to joining Microsoft Janet worked for Digital Equipment Company running its desktop training business.
