Avaya offers partners ‘marketing on demand’
Avaya is offering its EMEA partners increased help with their marketing with a new programme that includes a range of customisable marketing services and pre-packaged campaigns, covering topics such as Unified Communications (UC) IP Telephony, SMB and Contact Centres.
The vendor says the MarketLeaders programme can be used to build awareness, create demand, nurture existing customers or develop new relationships. It also includes training guides on marketing best practices that can be used to scale up or complement the existing in-house marketing skills and resources of Avaya resellers.
“MarketLeaders put simply is marketing on demand,” says Michelle Jones, channel marketing manager, Avaya EMEA. “We want our channels to succeed and the beauty of this programme is its unique combination of marketing training and campaign support which develops marketing skills and frees partner time to focus on closing opportunities, nurturing customer relationships and driving growth. Cost-effectively adding marketing skills to sales-centric businesses is critical in this economy.”
All campaigns are co-branded and packaged for each partner and can include items such as emails, direct mail, web landing pages, online registration, appointment setting, telemarketing and events management. Also, as part of the MarketLeaders education programme, a series of ‘How To’ marketing guides is also available free of charge. Topics include building marketing plans, leveraging social, media and search engine marketing.
