Industry veteran joins Tandberg Data as senior VP of EMEA

Data protection specialist Tandberg Data (TAD.OL) has named Graham Paterson to the position of senior VP of EMEA, reporting directly to Pat Clarke, CEO of Tandberg Data. He will direct all strategic channel sales and marketing efforts in Europe and Africa.

Says Clarke, “Graham’s depth and breadth of experience in building data storage and software channel strategies will undoubtedly help us advance our leadership position in the EMEA market. We look forward to tapping Graham’s reservoir of international sales and marketing expertise as we roll out our slate of new data storage solutions to OEMs, resellers and distributors across EMEA.”

Paterson was most recently head of global business channel strategy for AVG.  Before that, he directed Samsung's European channel business.
