Hypertec joins Buffalo stampede

Storage and wireless networking vendor Buffalo Technology has today announced a strategic partnership with IT distributor, Hypertec.
The deal enables Buffalo Technology to tap into Hypertec’s corporate reseller network, as it looks to reinforce its position in the Network Attached Storage (NAS) market. Hypertec will supply Buffalo’s full portfolio to SMEs, NGOs and blue chip multinationals as integrated products or as complete turn-key solutions. It says it will also be work with resellers to develop custom-built storage solutions.
Paul Hudson, sales director, Northern Europe at Buffalo Technology, says: “Increasingly small to medium businesses are requiring storage solutions which are integrated and cost-effective. Our objective is to expand and increase our breadth of resellers across the UK and EMEA and with its specialist channel expertise; Hypertec will ensure we increase sales of our business focused products.”
