iPass announces new MD for UK, Ireland and SEMEA

Enterprise mobility provider iPass (NASDAQ: IPAS) has named Craig Whitney as its managing director for UK, Ireland and SEMEA (Southern Europe, Middle East and Africa).
Before joining iPass, Whitney was vice president and managing director UK, Ireland and South Africa at Axway, following the firm’s merger with Tumbleweed where he was managing director, EMEA. 
During his tenure, Tumbleweed saw channel sales increase from 10 percent to 90 percent of total new business revenue within 18 months. Prior to this, Whitney was vice president EMEA sales for Scansafe, where he was responsible for implementing a completely new channel and sales strategy.
