Centrix Software expands EMEA channel
Centrix Software has announced it is expanding its sales channel across EMEA to coincide with the latest release of its application monitoring package, WorkSpace 5.1.
Centrix Software sells exclusively through its 22 UK partners, which include Vcentral, UKN Group and add3. The company is looking to add another 15-20 partners over the next six months, and says in addition to its existing partners with a virtualisation specialism, it wants to recruit Microsoft-focused resellers in line with the deployment of Windows 7, and application upgrade projects such as a move to Office 2010.
Centrix WorkSpace 5.1 includes new analytics, reporting and service delivery features for organisations managing different service portfolios, applications and desktop environments.
“Our channel growth plans reflect the growing demand we are seeing for decision support within customers around desktop virtualisation, new application platforms, IT-as-a-Service and cloud models,” says Lewis Gee, VP worldwide sales and marketing for Centrix Software.
“It’s essential for our customers to have as much information and analysis as they can about their end-user requirements when assessing, planning and deploying new application and desktop services,” comments Danny Clarke, director at add3.
“Centrix WorkSpace enables us to provide our customers with in-depth and justified reasons to invest in new technology, making it easier for them to sign off on new desktop projects. It will be a strategic part of our solutions offering going forward.”
