Certero partners with Sunrise Software

IT asset management specialist, Certero has partnered with reseller Sunrise Software to offer the vendor’s ITIL-based asset management software.

Certero, citing recent research that claims nearly 40 per cent of IT managers only have a basic understanding of their licensing and asset issues, says that Sunrise will offer a solution that provides customers with complete visibility of their IT estates.

Sunrise provides IT service management software solutions for its customers’ helpdesks and service desks, which include the Rugby Football Union, Vision Express, Anglian Water and the NHS. The reseller selected Certero to complement the company’s ITIL-based offering to offer customers a asset management functionality.
