Kaspersky Lab targets SMBs with Ingram Micro deal

Kaspersky Lab has made further inroads into the business arena with a new distribution agreement with Ingram Micro UK (NYSE:IM).

Already a distributor of Kaspersky Lab’s consumer range, Ingram Micro will offer Kaspersky Lab Corporate products, including Kaspersky Small Office Security and Kaspersky Open Space Security to its channel partners.

“We are delighted to further extend our partnership with Kaspersky Lab and now provide the full range of products, including corporate licensing,” says Cathi Low, director of value business at Ingram Micro.

“Through this partnership, we are driving forward with the momentum of our channel model,” adds Andrew Lintell, corporate sales director at Kaspersky Lab. “Ingram Micro is a very significant addition to our growing portfolio; its extensive reseller base, and relationships reflect how well-respected this company is within the small and medium business channel.”

He adds: “This partnership builds on our objective to expand our reseller portfolio in line with our volume business development plans, and will give us the ability to continue to grow within our SMB business.”
