Network monitoring specialist Paessler sets sights on UK

As part of its expansion into the UK, network monitoring firm Paessler has appointed Gerald Moser as VPof business development to grow the business here.

Paessler says its revenue increased by 48 percent over the past 12 months, and increased its staff globally by a quarter to meet rising demand for its network monitoring solutions.

Moser joins Paessler with more than 12 years’ experience in business development and marketing communications for hi-tech businesses such as Fraunhofer and Dolby. He has a track record in introducing and driving take-up of innovative technologies in new markets and has played a vital role in the launch of ground-breaking technologies, including the MP3 audio format.

As part of his role to shape and expanding Paessler’s presence in the UK, Moser  will identify new market opportunities, establish strategic reseller and channel partnerships and encourage adoption of Paessler’s flagship Network Monitor product, PRTG.
