Eclipse expands channel support with latest appointment

Eclipse Internet has announced the appointment of Jiro Wilson as channel account manager. The ISP says it has made the new appointment to further expand the support it provides to its channel network.

In his new role, Wilson will lead the development of Eclipse Internet’s channel partnerships throughout the UK. He will be responsible for managing the high level corporate and reseller accounts in the channel and will be the first point of call for customer service.

Clodagh Murphy, director at Eclipse, says: “The channel continues to be central to our plans so we’re keen to invest further and ensure customers are given the highest levels of support. Customer service is one of the areas we pride ourselves on here at Eclipse and we are delighted with Jiro’s appointment, as he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience that will support our goals.”

Commenting on his appointment, Wilson said: “It’s great to be part of such a forward-thinking team. I’m really looking forward to developing in this role and working and helping to expand this part of the business”.

Wilson brings with him more than ten years of account management. Previous account management positions include BT, Eurobell and Telewest.
