Fabric stretches to new partnership
SME reseller, Fabric Technologies has signed an agreement with managed services provider, Claranet, for network and co-location services.
Fabric decided to partner with the managed network provider following a 30 percent year-on-year growth. Explains Fabric’s CEO, Misha Gopaul: “With our business success accelerating, we wanted a partner that shared our same focus on customer service and honesty and also held the same drive for creating real business value.
“Claranet is unique in that it isn’t restricted by only being able to sell its own network. Instead the business holds strategic relationships with the top telcos, which enables us to pick and choose which aspect, of what network, we want. The benefit for my business is that this is all achieved without the headaches involved in maintaining multiple relationships and having to build our own PoPs. Being able to blend the connectivity of different telcos through Claranet was a real draw card for us.”
“Being telco agnostic certainly puts us in a strong position to offer the best solution, tailored to the requirements of each partner and their customer,” adds Claranet MD, Michel Robert. “What’s more, Claranet prides itself on going the extra mile, whether this means engaging with a channel partner and their end customer to provide full transparency on a solution, or employing true innovation on a network design, we ultimately provide the tools to enable our resellers to deliver a superior solution.”
