Unified communications provider InTechnology is seeking to increase the number of partners and resellers adopting its services.

InTechnology says it wants to encourage potential partners to take advantage of its network capacity, its own datacentre facilities and wholesale rates. Says Phillip Toms, partner sales manager at InTechnology: “We’re actively recruiting partners who can white label our Unified Communications solutions and drive them out to market.”

“We recently launched the UK’s first Unified Communications solution with integrated IP telephony, video calling and audio/video conferencing on demand. Until then, fully featured voice had been the missing link for all true Unified Comms solutions. It can now be integrated with enterprise class telephony at the desktop, resulting in a reduction in unwanted email and voice messages of 50 per cent, in addition to cost savings and a reduced carbon footprint. It’s a compelling proposition for customers and will result in excellent margins for resellers.”

InTechnology is also looking to increase its reciprocal partnerships, where software providers use InTechnology’s cloud.  To this end, InTechnology recently partnered with e-know.net, a UK managed services provider that delivers application hosting, Software as a Service (SaaS) and DR and Business Continuity solutions.

Says Helen Newman, marketing manager at e-know.net: “Offering a route for vendors to put their suite of solutions in the cloud is the obvious starting point but before long clients are keen to explore the wider outsourcing opportunities.  By partnering with InTechnology, we can enable businesses to enjoy the flexibility of a centralised solution that integrates with their day to day business processes, with minimal upfront investment and full 24x7 support.”
