EMC names 2e2 UK Partner of the Year
EMC (NYSE:EMC) has revealed the winners of its fifth annual UK Velocity Partner Awards.
It named 2e2 Group as the company’s UK ‘Partner of the Year 2010’ for its delivery of marketing and demand generation campaigns around its ‘Business Architectures’ initiative. Through this initiative, 2e2 looks to combine dedicated business and technical expertise focused on particular industry markets, including the public sector. Selection criteria included revenue and pipeline growth, as well as competitive change and accreditation achievements.
Says Chris Gould, UK and Ireland channel sales manager at EMC: “We’re extremely pleased with the depth of knowledge that our network of partners has continued to develop over the years, but also with the impressive levels of innovation which our partners are demonstrating, and particularly when it comes to cloud computing.”
B2net was recognised as EMC UK’s ‘New Partner of the Year’ following “many successful sales engagements” along with a commitment to sales and pre-sales training. Meanwhile, Kelway was awarded for its coverage and execution in the mid-market in 2010, as well as its go-to-market with EMC, Cisco, and VMware in support of VCE, the Virtual Computing Environment Company.
