Nimans debuts cloud offering

Comms distributor Nimans has taken its first steps into cloud computing by teaming up with software as a service (SaaS) specialist Akixi to offer resellers a hosted call management and contact centre reporting service for their customers as part of an exclusive distribution agreement.

Offering businesses access to their real time and historical call reporting through the cloud, multi-site reporting comes as standard as part of a monthly rental programme.

Bart Delgado, MD of Surrey-based Akixi, said teaming up with Nimans will help ignite further sales growth: “Nimans is one of the biggest and most respected names in UK distribution with a massive customer reach.
