Jabra launches Partner Programme
Headset manufacturer Jabra has developed a new partner programme, WIN, which offers partners benefits such as business and sales development, and extensive support and product training.
According to the vendor, the complexity of telephony and UC solutions requires a new approach for staying competitive.
“Adoption and usability of UC solutions is often defined by the quality of the audio experience, therefore customers should no longer think of headsets as just a ‘commodity’,” says Guy Koster, director of European product marketing – at distributor Westcon Convergence. “Matching the needs of the office-based or mobile worker with the appropriate headset requires a more consultative versus transactional approach.
WIN includes demo products, account management support, sales and marketing tools, and a new online e-learning portal available to all partners in 15 languages. The portal features modules such as product training and sales-specialist certification for UC and Contact Centres. Benefits are based on a partner’s level of commitment to Jabra, with Gold being the highest level. Gold partners receive exclusive insights into new products, gain access to partner seminars and co-branding opportunities.
“When Jabra invests in our partners, we grow together,” comments Andrew Doyle, MD at Jabra UK Contact Centre & Office (CC&O) (pictured). “Working together is how we’ve increased our market share in the past, and how we will continue to do so in the future.”
