Lenovo unveils loyalty programme
Lenovo has lifted the lid on a new loyalty programme for its resellers.
The new programme, which is aimed to fuel SMB growth through additional rebates for TopSeller products, is open to its non-Premium resellers registered in the Lenovo Partner Network (although those resellers on any other incentive plan with Lenovo aren’t eligible.)
The quarterly back-end rebates are defined by the number of TopSeller system units sold by partners with a clip level of only ten units to start generating additional rebates per system.
Every week partners will receive an updated achievement notification with a link to the Lenovo Online Rebate Tool, so they can follow the progress of sales out and earned rebates. At the end of each quarter partners will be informed of the final sales achievement and the total amount of rebates earned will be displayed at the rebate tool website. Earned rebates will be automatically transferred to the partner’s bank account.
Explains Darren Phelps, UK channel sales director (pictured): “Lenovo’s new loyalty programme is another example of our focus on bringing new benefits that allow our partners to earn more, more easily.
“Our new channel programme meets a double objective: help business partners that are committed to Lenovo to grow faster and maximize profit, and accelerate our growth in the SMB space that is one of our strategic priorities to continue outperforming the market.”
More than 90 percent of the vendor’s business in Western Europe goes through the channel. IDC this week reported Lenovo had climbed to the position of second-largest PC vendor worldwide.
