Compleat signs new reseller Diskel
Diskel targets FDs with Compleat accountancy software.
Published on May 27, 2010
Compleat Software has added IT consultancy Diskel to its network of resellers.
Diskel, which joins Angel Technology and Touchstone Group, has provided accounting software to SMEs for more than 30 years. It will now offer the vendor’s purchase automation, spend control and employee expenses software to its Pegasus Opera II and Microsoft Dynamics GP customers.
Rachel Nash, sales & marketing manager at Diskel, comments: “In the current economic climate, businesses are looking for cost saving applications, but there was nothing in the purchase automation and employee expenses market that SMEs could afford. When we heard about Compleat, a number of our customers had been asking about a spend control solution and Compleat ticked all of the boxes. It really is ideal for our SME customer base.”
Purse strings
Adds Neil Robertson, CEO of Compleat Software: “Recession has driven demand for increased productivity, spend control and quantifiable cash savings, and FDs are holding on tight to their purse strings as they wait to see what the new government and post-recession era will bring.”
Diskel is currently focusing on schools, hotels and colleges. Says Nash: “We are targeting businesses that have the greatest need for visibility of committed spend, and control over budgets and how people are spending the company’s money. Financial directors are really getting the idea of Compleat, and they can see the cost saving potential of the product, whilst appreciating the rich functionality behind the simple user interface and the potential for how this could work within their business.”
