Magirus scoops VMware ‘EMEA Education Partner of the Year Award’

Distributor Magirus has won ‘EMEA Education Partner of the Year’ award at VMware’s annual Partner Exchange 2010 conference in Las Vegas.

Magirus bucked the recession in 2009 with a 21 percent increase in training compared to the previous year. The company trained over 4,300 VMware (VMW) partner and end-user delegates, making it the largest and best-equipped VMware trainer in EMEA.

The award was presented to Christian Magirus, executive vice-president and COO of Magirus by VMware’s Maurizio Carli, general manager EMEA and Carl Eschenbach, executive vice-president, Worldwide Field Operations.
