Kelway CEO Phil Doye comments, “We view this accreditation as part of a strategic move towards the delivery of services and solutions in the converged datacentre. We are committed to pursuing excellence in virtualisation and unified computing with continued vigour backed up by the strength of our partnership with Cisco.”
Kelway's latest accreditation follows spate of acquisitions by the firm in the last year including Repton, a data centre infrastructure specialist and Cisco Silver Partner, virtualisation specialist Panacea Services and software asset management firm SAM Practice.
Doye adds, “The convergence of storage, servers and networking in the datacentre calls for a new breed of solutions provider that can effectively leverage all these elements to deliver truly unified computing.”
Kelway new status makes a total of 35 Cisco Gold partners in the UK and includes heavyweights such as Logicalis, Dimension Data and BT.
Managing director of Channels for Cisco UK & Ireland, Bernadette Wightman, comments, “We have been working with Kelway for a number of years and are pleased to welcome them to our top tier of partners. Gold Certification demonstrates the strongest possible partnership with Cisco and a focus on the technology needs of customers at the very highest level.”
