Dell has signed an agreement to sell Virtual Instruments’ storage area network (SAN) and virtual infrastructure optimisation range as a part of its portfolio of products and services.
Dell’s direct and channel sales forces will now resell Virtual Instruments’ SAN monitoring solution NetWisdom, and real-time virtual infrastructure optimisation solution VirtualWisdom.
“Our agreement with Dell further expands our customer reach, allowing more companies around the globe to benefit from a lower cost, higher performance physical and virtual infrastructure,” says Mark Urdahl, CEO of Virtual Instruments.
“Global 2000 organisations choose Dell, in large part, due to Dell’s ability to provide one of the industry’s most cost-effective IT platforms. Dell customers who choose either NetWisdom or VirtualWisdom will experience a seamless integration process, improving the deployment of business critical applications and overall infrastructure performance, which will directly improve their customers’ bottom line.”
