Eclipse Internet targets channel growth
Eclipse Internet has declared that it aims to increase its channel by 30 percent over the next 12 months, and more than double its number of wholesale channel partners.
The SME-focused ISP, which currently has 100 channel partners in the UK, is developing a two-tier channel programme that will be aimed at resellers supplying its products and services to businesses and individual customers, as well as wholesalers providing larger connectivity projects to their client base.
“We’ve invested considerable resources looking at how we can improve the offering we provide to our partner channel and working with our existing partners to better understand what they need,” explains Clodagh Murphy, director at Eclipse Internet.
“We now have a detailed roadmap of new products, services and support activities in place as well as some exciting new developments going live in the next few months that will help us grow through the channel.”
As part of the programme, existing and new partners will have a dedicated account manager, access to product information, technical support, training materials, white-labelled marketing collateral and partner events. Eclipse already has a dedicated partner team, but it will now include its new Sentinel monitoring software tool, which can be used by partners to actively monitor their connectivity estates in real-time.
Eclipse says it is also re-launching its dedicated partner portal, which is due to go live next quarter. According to the firm, the new portal will ‘vastly improve’ how the partner manages its connectivity estate.
